Our friends and partners at Vervaunt put together the very first Pulse eCommerce Summit – a new digital retail conference which took place in London on the 10th of November 2022.
We had the pleasure of not only attending the event but also sponsoring it. Lunch and Happy Hour drinks were our treat.
The summit was a success and the perfect opportunity to meet and catch up with a myriad of extremely talented professionals in the field.
It was an exciting full day of very insightful talks and discussions, structured across four core themes: The Customer, The Experience, The Technology and The Growth. Throughout the day, a wide range of issues were addressed, including the importance of customer experience (CX), responding to economic uncertainties, assessing the impact of Web 3.0 and looking at how AI can transform web analytics.
We especially loved hearing from our brilliant clients Marni Dasanjh from Fred Perry and Alex Nelson from Beer Hawk by PerfectDraft, who took part in a panel about Internationalisation and a talk about Digital Transformation respectively.
There was plenty of opportunity for valuable networking over a coffee, which included catching up with friends from across the industry, along with building solid new relationships with like-minded peers.
The event wouldn’t have been complete without a fun after-party, which included drinks, a live band and a magician!
